This means that the ascent from Medeu stations must begin no later than 21:00, since the road from Medeu stations to the hotel takes 1 hour. The route on the cable car is as follows: Medeu, then Shymbulak, then Kombi 1 and the final station Kombi 2. Also, electric taxis cost ₸ 4000 one way between the Medeu and Shymbulak stations.
QR tickets for the cable car are sent to the guest on the day of arrival via a messenger app. Guests receive full information a day earlier also via a messenger app. Guests must contact the hotel in advance or provide contact information in advance.
The hotel is located at an altitude of 3200 m, guests are advised to carry a tablet against altitude sickness and aspirin just in case.
